  • What is the price range?
Most of our styles sit between £1800 - £3000 with a handful of styles above and below this range. If you have any questions regarding the price of one of our gowns, please get in touch! We do not recommend trying on dresses that are out of budget at the risk of falling in love with a dress that you can't have. So if your budget is below this range then please get in touch before booking an appointment.
  • When should I start dress shopping?
Everyone is different but we’d say that 1 year is the ultimate time period to choose your dress, place the order and have enough time for alterations once it arrives in store. Our designers ask for approximately 10-18 months but we can of course accommodate much shorter turnarounds. Anything less than 6-months will be subject to a rush order fee and at the designers discretion.
  • What is the rush order fee?
A rush order fee will only be incurred if your wedding date is in 6-months or less. Typically the rush order fee will be £250 max. but this will depend on the dress, the fabric and the lead time. Designers cannot guarantee orders with less than a 6-month lead time so they will be granted on a case by case basis. We suggest getting in touch before booking your appointment if you wedding is in under 6-months time.
  • How many guests can I bring?
We don't recommend more than 4 guests as our Boutique has very limited space and sometimes you can have too many opinions. However, we can accomodate up to 6 maximum if you let us know before hand.
  • What underwear shall I wear?
We suggest wearing a properly fitting bra so that measurements can be taken as accurately as possible. Nude, Seamless knickers are usually the best but for the appointment it doesn’t really matter.
  • Do I need to bring shoes?
You don't need to bring shoes with you to the appointment but are more than welcome to if you have a pair in mind! Shoes will be required for measurements/fittings to ensure the dress is the correct length.
  • Will beverages be provided?
You bring the girl gang and we'll provide the Prosecco! We will have Prosecco or a non-alcoholic beverage ready and chilled for your appointment. We'd suggest eating before your appointment as it involves a lot of standing and energy.
  • Do you offer Alterations?
Alterations are NOT included in the price of your dress. However, we have 2 incredible seamstresses on hand that are experienced in altering our stock should you choose to go down that route. All orders are made-to-order to minimise the amount of waste and we take measurements to minimise alterations but they sometimes need some final tweaks. *Alterations are on a first come first serve basis. Should schedules not align, we will recommend you to seek alterations elsewhere.
